bg355 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

In this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the bg355 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at bg355.io and any sub-domains thereof.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a bg355 account or who accesses any part of the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the bg355 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their bg355 Account using an approved payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds awarded by bg355 that are subject to separate wagering conditions before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, which is used for all time-sensitive references on the Platform.
• "Taka" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the currency in which all balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bets on the Platform are denominated.

By creating an Account, logging in to an existing Account, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the bg355 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an Account and must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Access to and use of bg355 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bg355 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21. This threshold applies regardless of any lower age of majority applicable under local law.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or access restriction imposed by bg355 or any third-party responsible gaming body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party in connection with any bet, game, or account transaction.

To access real-money games and betting markets on bg355, Players must register an Account. The registration process requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.

• Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. bg355 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations.
• Players must not register using false, borrowed, or fictitious identity details. All information provided must relate to the Player personally.
• Account credentials — including username and password — are the sole responsibility of the Player. Players must not disclose credentials to any third party.
• bg355 reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation (national ID, passport, utility bill, or equivalent) at any point in the account lifecycle for the purposes of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
• Accounts that remain unverified beyond the period specified by bg355 may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

bg355 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

bg355 accepts deposits exclusively via approved payment methods, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected bank transfer options. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit screen within the Platform at the time of the transaction.
• Players must use payment accounts or instruments registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and will trigger a compliance review.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by bg355's payment processing systems. Confirmation timelines vary by payment method.
• bg355 does not charge deposit fees; however, the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Players are advised to consult their payment provider's fee schedule.
• bg355 reserves the right to set individual deposit limits on any Account for responsible gaming purposes or following a risk assessment.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent verified deposit, except where bg355 determines an alternative method is appropriate.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of the Account dashboard.
• All pending withdrawals are subject to a standard review period during which bg355 may request additional verification documentation.
• Bonus Balance funds may not be withdrawn unless and until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Only the Real Money Balance resulting from completing wagering requirements is withdrawable.
• bg355 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal it deems high-value, unusual, or potentially connected to fraudulent activity. This process may extend standard processing times.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposit, or accounts not matching the Player's verified identity.

bg355 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within 2–4 hours during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside operational hours are queued for processing at the next available window.

bg355 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• bg355 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without notice if it determines that the promotion has been subject to abuse or misuse.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Balance funds are capped at the maximum win amount specified in individual promotion terms, unless no cap is stated.
• Collusive wagering, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in Account termination.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• All random-outcome games on bg355 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server disconnection, game freeze, or display error — bg355 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the correct game state. Where the correct state cannot be determined, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's balance.
• Sports betting markets are subject to market suspension and result settlement according to the rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). bg355's settlement decisions on sports outcomes are final.
• bg355 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the conclusion of an event, placed using corrupted data, or placed by exploiting a pricing or data error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bg355 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with any game or feature on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems. Any such vulnerability discovered by a Player must be reported to bg355 support immediately.
• Using the Platform or any associated financial transaction for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.

bg355 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a comprehensive set of player-protection tools accessible directly from within the Account settings panel. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. bg355 strongly encourages all Players to use these tools proactively.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 48-hour reflection period before becoming active.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the Account remains open but all wagering functionality is suspended.

By accepting these Terms, Players acknowledge that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data as described therein. Players whose personal data changes after registration are obligated to update their Account information promptly to ensure continued accuracy.

All content on the bg355 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bg355 or its licensed game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• No content from the bg355 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without express prior written consent from bg355.
• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
• Any unauthorised use of bg355 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bg355 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from a technical malfunction, system outage, or connectivity failure.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their login credentials or device.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or banking institutions.
• Decisions made by sports governing bodies (including the ICC, BCB, BPL Board, or FIFA) that affect the outcome or settlement of a betting market.

Nothing in this section shall limit bg355's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bg355 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, bg355 will provide reasonable advance notice via in-platform notification or email to the address registered to the Player's Account. Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, they may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of this Agreement is always available on the bg355 website. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated Agreement constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms.

bg355 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within the stipulated time frame.
• A legally valid request from a law enforcement authority, court order, or regulatory body.
• Discovery that the Account is held by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Upon Account termination for cause, bg355 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from Bonus Balance funds. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player after any applicable due diligence review, unless the termination was triggered by confirmed fraudulent activity.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bg355 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with bg355 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are required to contact bg355 support in writing at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period — no less than 14 calendar days — for bg355 to investigate and respond to the complaint.
